Our operations team, in coordination with your chauffeur, will diligently track the status of your flight from takeoff until landing, ensuring their timely presence upon your arrival. - Are there additional charges for extended waiting time?
Regardless of your flight’s arrival time, we provide a complimentary 60-minute waiting period from your flight’s actual landing time. This allows ample time for baggage collection and passport control. Should your delay exceed this 60-minute window, additional waiting fees will be applied. - What should I do in the event of a significant flight delay or cancellation?
