Regardless of your flight’s arrival time, we provide a complimentary 60-minute waiting period from your flight’s actual landing time. This allows ample time for baggage collection and passport control. Should your delay exceed this 60-minute window, additional waiting fees will be applied.
- What should I do in the event of a significant flight delay or cancellation?

Upon your flight’s landing, your chauffeur will send you a welcome message, introducing themselves and specifying their location in the Arrivals terminal. They will also be holding a board, displaying your name.
